My name is Patricia Onuh, a UK Registered Nurse, serving as the Director/Registered Care Manager at South East London Care With years of experience in the NHS hospital system, I've honed my management skills and developed a deep understanding of practices that promote independence and advocacy. Known for my reliability and commitment, I thrive in team environments, always striving to make positive contributions.

My journey in healthcare has equipped me with extensive knowledge of health and social care delivery in the UK. As a Qualified Nurse, I've navigated the complexities of patient care and organisational management. My intuitive nature and organisational prowess have driven success in business endeavors, establishing me as a capable leader and entrepreneur.  

 

My Motivation


I am motivated by a relentless pursuit of excellence, both professionally and personally. My passion lies in ensuring the provision of high-quality, safe, and responsive care to service users within Greenwich and its neighbouring areas. Creating a nurturing work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered is central to my mission.  

 

My Focus


As the business owner and registered care manager, my focus is on enabling my team to operate with confidence and compassion. I prioritise attracting and retaining suitable team members through effective internal communication and fostering a culture of empathy, compassion, trust, respect, and integrity. Exceeding minimum care standards and delivering exceptional care are non-negotiables for me.

Patricia  began her career within the NHS as nurses, but quickly realised that  her impact was limited in that setting. This realisation led her to  establish her own home care business, allowing us to deliver tailored support that empowers individuals. Our passion for helping people and  contributing to the community drives us every day.

Together, we work to deliver exceptional care rooted in our core values of empathy, respect, and integrity.
